Santander Bank, Doing business as Santander Consumer USA has practiced unauthorized use of my credit card pursuant to 15 usc 1602 ( p ) I received no benefit. Santander Bank is in violation of the Truth in lending act and Fair debt collections act stating that I the consumer allegedly owe debt to them. I have sent this company an affidavit of fact with their listed violations and their racketeering activity such as extortionate of this credit transaction. Pursuant to 18 usc 1961 Santander Bank unlawful actions has cause distress to my life, ruined my reputation, interfered with commerce and dealing in an obscene matter and shall be punished by imprisonment for no more than 30 years and fined {>= $1,000,000}.
