Original Advance Money Mortgage of UP TO {$130000.00} was taken XX/XX/XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, with an amount borrowed payable in full by XX/XX/XXXX. In XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX assigned this failed bank loan to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX Ohio. ( later XXXX loans went to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, then ultimately to CITIFINANCIAL MORTGAGE COMPANY , INC. We have records showing multiple payments to XXXX for the years XXXX. No reassigments to Associates or Citifinancial are on file with the county. We require a discharge of mortgage to remove the lien from the title to sell the house ( hopefully closing on XX/XX/XXXX of this year ), but this finding of lien has put a wrench in this plan! HELP!!!! As the only company in existence is Citifiniancial, I have made MULTIPLE attempts to contact them at their very less than helpful " service center '' ( an autogenerated email response system XXXX and their very sketchy phone number XXXX ( call it. sounds like someone in a small garage!! ). I have only received an autogenerated responses saying that they do not have a loan on file that matches the infomation and to resubmit information. ( basically the same information regardless of my question being sent to them ) I have tried to go thru a backdoor email ( CitiHoldingsNAMInfoServicing XXXX ) and I am getting them to respond personally, but they only say send your info to the other email address. I have made over 20 email requests starting the last week of XXXX, and can not get ANY response other than their autoreply. HELP!!!!
