Hello Before I file formal complaint with the FDIC XXXX XXXX XXXX and whoever else will listen my name is XXXX XXXX, I have a personal checking account with Chase Bank. My teenage son just started working, and I ran a {$340.00} paycheck throu 3 weeks ago that was cashed and released immediately. I put a second check in, {$770.00} that they have been holding since the deposit was made saying it would be released the XXXX th of XXXX. Now they are saying they're going to close my account if I don't go to a local branch to show my son 's ID which he doesn't have yet because his money had been held since he was paid, and the local branch for is is over an hour and a half away. What is going on with your bank. I would like some answers ASAP. I have been doing business with your bank for years and this is the worst customer service I have ever had. You can't cash one check and not another from the same person same account. Sincerely XXXX XXXX
