This is a old Dept from XXXX they keep resale the dept to other collations company no settlement was every offer. Send proof of settlement offer and when account was open. When I dispute it they keep selling it to other collections company destroy my credit. I need help. No offer to settle Debt. It should have drop off my credit. Portfolio recovery when I dispute it they take off them resale Dept and put it right back on my report.
