The Chase Sapphire Reserve credit card ran a " No Interest, No Monthly Fee '' promotion on their " My Chase Plan '' program that ended on XX/XX/2021. I took advantage of their promotion by purchasing 2 travel vacations, one at XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$6700.00} on XX/XX/2021, and another deposit at XXXX XXXX on a second trip for {$400.00} on XX/XX/2021. Both purchases were within the parameters of the Chase promotional period. When I went to sign on to take advantage of the " My Chase Plan '' promotion, I was told on a Chase website pop-up that my purchases did not qualify for said promotion. On XX/XX/2021, I tried again to put both those purchases on the Plan and both purchases were now eligible, but there would be a monthly fee for doing so. On 3 or 4 calls to Chase, they declined to remove the monthly fees that I was now being charged. Chase has declined to honor their own promotion and I have been charged fees that were not in existence when I made my travel purchases in accordance with their Plan promotion. I am requesting those current and future monthly fees be removed from " My Chase Plan '' and Chase honors their own promotion. Thank you.
