I am holding Checking Account with Bank of America way back from 2010 Last year in Covid due to personal emergency I had to withdraw the fund and due to which I went low on balance and I was started charging fees Due to personal situation I did not got a chance to review the account and was keep getting charged for 12 months around XXXX $ I spoke to them and request to wave the fees but they are not considering the same I had another saving account link to the same account and have enough balance but they are not considering that
