XX/XX/21. 2 Refunds issued to Bank of America for my account. Issue my account was closed. Bank will not help me. XXXX XXXX XXXX has asked that I get documentation from the bank on two transactions to show that Bank of America returned the funds to carnival. Bank of America wont even run the transaction numbers all I get is were sorry. For your issues you will have to deal with XXXX and all I get from XXXX is contact the bank. Im at wits end. And dont know where to go. I just need something from the bank that shows they returned the transactions. Please help
