I signed up for a Citi XXXX XXXX savings account under promotion ID # XXXX and immediately funded the {$10000.00} required for the " Additional Miles '' The promotion read : " As an ongoing bonus, benefit from : 25 % more miles, incrementally earned on Citi AAdvantage card purchases up to {$50000.00} spent per year when you maintain a minimum average balance of {$10000.00}. '' I did the qualifying event - depositing {$10000.00} immediately and have maintained that balance since XX/XX/2020. I have continued to use my AAdvantage card but have not received the 25 % bonus miles on any of my statements. In the App I show as not having qualified, though representatives on the phone agree that I did indeed meet the qualification criteria. I have opened multiple cases with Citibank over the past 12 months. All cases have been unresolved with no action taken to resolve it. I have also faxed this information to Citibank and received no response.
