Hello and good day to you. Please take another look at the closed complaint XXXX - Axos Bank XXXX This bank response never addressed my complaint, and so why was this closed? Their reply deemed my case closed, and you somehow followed accordingly ( closed ). Was their response ( case closed ) at least suspect? I disagree, and ask that you please take another look at this case. At issue are check deposits being refused due to alleged improper endorsement, refused as " unable to verify ''. Their policy, checks must be endorsed to Axos bank, and without any account number designation. I researched this company and find that even govt stimulus checks are refused due to bank clients adding their account number on the endorsement. When this happens, causes weeks and even months delay, bank clients having to call the IRS and have another check issued and deposited/cashed elsewhere. Is this legal and proper, that " even '' govt stimulus checks are refused due to putting the account number on the endorsement? My research revealed to me this issue, and I was able to avoid it, I immediately closed my account. Therefore, I am fi Signed,. XXXX XXXX
