I want to report the mortgage company I just worked with for not following the law. I applied for and received a home cash out loan. My mortgage originator and company : Interfirst XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX Mortgage Loan Originator XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, IL XXXX XXXX : XXXXXXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX : XXXX | XXXX : XXXX I requested to review the loan documents before closing. I couldn't get anyone to respond and supply them. I had to demand that I get the Loan Document disclosure 3 days prior to closing as required by law. They finally provided it at XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. My closing was XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX. I wasn't able to review closing loan paperwork/promissory before closing. I only received the Closing Document the night before closing. I NEVER received a 3 day right to rescind. When I signed documents, I signed with an attorney that came to my home, not the one I requested, but it was too late to change the night before. I signed the documents, and she said she will have them witnessed when she goes home by her son. I didn't receive any copies of the documents, nor did Interfirst inform me there is a 3 day wait to receive funds or that I had a right to cancel. I continue to call and email asking about funds and how I would receive them. They did not respond to my requests. I also requests copies of my loan contact, signed documents. They have not given me them. On Monday XX/XX/XXXX XXXX informed me I had to wait 3 business days for funding. I requested my loan documents from XXXX but haven't gotten anything. I then called the attorney and she sent me a PDF of the unsigned documents. XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. The mortgage company has sent nothing. As of now, I don't know how I'm supp ose to pay the loan, I don't know what my rights are. They shouldn't be able to not provide documents that are required by law.
