I was the victim of fraud with XXXX. The thousands of dollars was charged to my PayPal Credit Account. I have spent countless hours on the phone with XXXX and PayPal. PayPal is not reachable, the phone menu goes in circles and ends up with over 60 minute hold times. On the rare occasion someone does answer the phone their accent makes it possible to understand them. I am unable to log in or use the app for the last several months. The website and app continue to give me error messages and will not allow me to change my password. I still have no idea what has happened after 9 months! I do know that PayPal has reported me late to the credit bureaus 3 times as a result of this mess. I demand that PayPal remove all negative reporting.
