In or about XX/XX/2020 my account with Bank Of America Was closed due to a suspected activity in my husband account. Since we had a joint account all his accounts and mine were closed. Since then my husband reported that his account was compromised that the transaction that was pending in his account wasn't his. After the report I was told that the bank will closed the account and that all the money will be sent in a format of a check. The total amount was for {$16000.00} and I was told in numerous occasions that this money will be send to me and I always get the run around. We are getting close to 2 years since this incident and the bank always say the same thing that is currently during investigation. My husband provided all the pay stubs from the XXXX XXXX for them to validate the funding source. I need some assistance with this because this is quite frustrating.
