Last Month XX/XX/XXXX I was made aware for the first time that I was enrolled in a Citibank Debt Protection XXXX XXXX. I called and was horrified to learn that for over 20 years I have been paying for an insurance add on that I never enrolled in. The total amount of the fees from XXXX to today was {$14000.00}. I do not have the total from XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX but can only assume that is well into the thousands as well. I have called Citibank and all their affiliate ( XXXX - better known as XXXX XXXX XXXX ) about these charges and each one keeps telling me I need to contact the other. I want a complete refund starting from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX for all the fees I paid. Looks like Citibank was fined and paid out XXXX XXXX to customers. I was not one of those customers. I feel physically ill learning I was deceived and frauded for over 20 years. Please help me address this matter and begin to have trust again in the American Banking institutions. Thank you.
