In XXXX of this year, we drove 2.5 hrs each way from XXXX TN. to give papers to XXXX KY Chase bank for our veteran owned small business. We were changing the business structure from a LLC to a sole proprietor. We submitted drivers license, paperwork, etc. In XXXX we discover the papers weren't submitted & they are closing our account EVEN after resubmitting due to their technical problems with their verification system. We had to call Chase customer support, because we weren't even told by the XXXX branch of the problem. We have worked hard to try and fix this situation since our insurance, employee pay, etc. are all tied to this account. We even tried to call over 50 times to the Chase XXXX XXXX XXXX ( with most calls not being answered ) to get help and in a span of over two weeks, they still can't get the system to verify our information, so they have locked the account ( causing us to incur penalties and use our personal account for taxes, insurance, payroll, etc. ) and told us today ( XXXX XXXX ) that they didn't think they could fix it in time and that we should just drive back up to XXXX to start a new account. Our account has been locked down for over 2 weeks, automated payments failed, and Chase customer service has failed us as well.
