In XX/XX/2020 i received a check to pay the balance for the debt that i sent to the company, they sent a 1099c and refunded me the funds i had sent as they cancelled the debt and promised to remove. I have reported them to the FTC as well as called several times with no letter or 2nd copy of my 1099c for my mortgage company and was hung up when I requested them to honor the FDCPA and remove the debt as it was forgiven, which under the FCRA then they aren't allowed to be reporting this debt, I have 2 other debts with them that were also forgiven but no 1099c provided and are still on my report from the same company.
