On XX/XX/XXXX I ordered 24 Sweatsuits, 24 T-Shirts , 24 Beanies, & 24 Ski Masks from XXXX XXXX XXXX The production was scheduled to be completed in 14-21 business days. I was told that Id be notified once my order shipped out. I reached out to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX to inquire on when I could expect delivery and they emailed me back on XXXX XXXX representative said he reviewed my order and it was scheduled to ship out by the following week. I didnt hear back from them so I emailed again on XX/XX/XXXX to which they didnt respond. On XX/XX/XXXX Posh Union sent out an email stating that due to COVID-19 they were unable to fulfill orders and take on new customers. The email also stated that they were issuing refunds or you could wait to have your order fulfilled. If the customer couldnt wait for XXXX XXXX to issue a refund they urged them to file a claim with their bank but I wanted to see if getting my merchandise was still a viable option so I waited. I never received my merchandise and never heard from anyone at XXXX XXXX since. They had an automated email reply, their website was no longer working, and they are unresponsive on XXXX. I filed a dispute with Citi Bank 3 times in order to get my funds back but they only returned the {$100.00} I paid to have the custom neck labels done. Each time they said they couldn't help me with my dispute. I have been left without products and now my account is- {$1600.00} because of the banks decision to not refund me for the products I never received.
