Consumer Narrative
I have disputed this debt with IQ Data Several times, and I've received no response at all, their first violation of the FCRA. They have continued to report the disputed debt, their second violation of the FCRA. I have even filed a XXXX complaint against them to seer f I could get them to respond, they did not. They have refused to validate a debt at a consumers request, a violation of the FDCPA. They have illegally assessed interest, penalties and fees to the account, clearly evident on my credit. They are breaking the law and it is destroying my reputation!
