On XX/XX/XXXX I noticed 2 transactions made using my EDD debit card. Someone had stolen my wallet and phone out of my car while I was camping. I immediately reported the theft to the bank and disputed the 2 withdraws that occured just days before. I told them my wallet had been stolen and that the two withdraws were not made by me and were fraudulent. They denied my claim 8 days later and then lied to me on the phone and said it had been sent to another investigator and that it quote " was looking good '' I called back the next day, the XXXX and thats when I found out they had denied my claim and were not investigating it further and that it had been denied on the XXXX.
