Per XXXX report, XX/XX/21, Bank of America issued a credit card due to someone used my personal info to apply. XX/XX/21 bank of American mailed me a letter to verify ( say seems suspicious activity ). I called them and reported that this card was fraudulent. XX/XX/21 I filed a police report with XXXX XXXX county sheriff office ( case # XXXX ) ; as of XX/XX/21, Bank of America said account closed. But XXXX still reporting second late payment ( first late payment in XXXX ) from the Bank of America credit card with balance {$23000.00}. This has caused my credit score substantially drop. I need resolve by Bank of America and XXXX.
