Hello, On XXXX XXXXXXXX 2021, my email and and CITI BANK credit card info was compromised/stolen, at which point these individuals created three fraudulent XXXX listings. They then used my email info to setup an XXXX account and made three fraudulent purchases with my Citi Bank credit card info. These individuals went further to create three fraudulent UPS tracking # 's and submitted them as part of their shipping invoices to XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I notified Citi Bank of the fraud, and disputed the three fraud transactions : {$37.00}, {$230.00}, {$330.00}. I also contacted XXXX fraud management on XX/XX/2021 and XX/XX/2021 via phone. -- XXXX verbally acknowledged the fraudulent activity came from a blacklisted IP address and the listings were bogus. I stressed to them the importance of stopping payment and cancelling these fraudulent activities. XXXX sent me emails to provide as evidence to Citi Bank. I presented Citi Bank evidence of XXXX recognizing the fraudulent activity ( email correspondence ), evidence that I was never shipped any items ( doorbell video ), along with the evidence that the fraudulent XXXX transactions were for items that were obviously labeled as fraud -- for example I was charged {$240.00} for " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX '' Of three fraudulent disputed charges, Citi Bank has refused to reverse 2 of them : {$37.00}, {$230.00}, -- and yet inexplicably reversed and credited me the third charge, of {$330.00}. No reasons as to their investigation findings, or why they would only credit one of the three disputed charges. All three disputed charges occurred at the same time, and with the same vendor, and with the same circumstances. I have prompted Citi Bank to revisit my case and review my disputed charges. I've provided copies of my XXXX correspondence verifying the fraud took place and yet Citi Bank will not acknowledge the evidence.
