XX/XX/XXXX-my account was froze and I was instructed by a customer service specialist to go into branch to complete a SSA89 form. I went into the branch to do so and the branch manager told me he did not know why I was instructed to do so my account was being closed and I could not access my money, then I was instructed to go to another branch on Monday XX/XX/XXXX ( I spoke with at least 3 customer service specialists ) XX/XX/XXXX-I went to another branch completed a SSA89 form as instructed and was told my account would be unfroze on XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX-My account is still froze and I was told I did not need to complete the friendship it was required for my spouse who already completed the form when added to account on XX/XX/XXXX. I was instructed by 2 supervisors that I could remove my spouse from account, went to branch they said he needed to remove himself, he tried to remove himself just for them to say they couldnt remove him because the account is restricted. They waited until XX/XX/XXXX release my earned wages which I still couldnt access and then they decided to do an override to withdraw my funds from my account. Then I was instructed to open a new bank account because they can not remove my spouse from account. XX/XX/XXXX-My account has a XXXX balance although my child support payment should have cleared as of today XX/XX/XXXX as an EFT was sent to checking account on XX/XX/XXXX The whole process with Chase Bank has been a nightmare . Ive had my account with them since XX/XX/XXXX and I have never went through this with any bank I have ever held. They should not be able to give out false information and their employees are clearly not trained properly! Everyone I spoke with have all said different things and this experience has put a lot of stress on myself as well as my XXXX children.
