We stayed in the Apartment ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) ( not properly walkthrough fixed many things took 3 months ) ) last three years and moved out because of the Roches and vandalism every year ) We have small kids and affecting their health, unhygienic situations because apartment management fails to maintain the property. Last three years of destruction, we lost about a good amount of money ( complaint in XXXX police department ). Agreed to terminate the contract, and we arranged to pay the termination fees of {$2300.00}. When we are moved out, we ask you ; please give a payment plan we can pay off. The Apartment said no, and you will get a final invoice, and you can pay there. After I noticed that they sent to termination fee collection company IQ data international, we are still not getting any final invoice from IQ data global. When they called, I gave credit card. They said they would not take XXXX XXXX. This company was treated very disrespectfully and threatening that if you are not paying the amount, we put information in a credit report, or you will go to jail face the consequences consequence. We beg them please give payment plan because of the uncertain situations about the job we request we will pay off within 3 months. they said we can do but regardless we will put this on your credit and you need to get a loan or a high amount to pay off.
