On XXXX, I placed a charge for a refrigerator from the XXXX XXXX -Order # XXXX, {$800.00}. On delivery date of the refrigerator, XXXX, I was delivered a wrong refrigerator. It was a cheaper model that I did not want or ordered. I told the delivery driver about the mistake, but he just took off. I spent at least an hour on 4 calls with the XXXX XXXX to sort things out. I called on XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. I wanted the higher price model I paid for and the wrong refrigerator picked up. I was told that I was getting a refund for the refrigerator instead but that never happened after 4 calls in over a month. Citibank required me to get a credit memo from the XXXX XXXX before providing any form of assistant. Getting a credit memo from the XXXX XXXX is not possible per the customer representative.
