My Citi-bank card was used without my authorization. I contacted Citi-bank after not receiving my bill and they connected me to the fraud department. Beginning on XX/XX/2021 they reported numerous charges or attempted charges through XX/XX/2021. The person 's name that used my card is listed as XXXX XXXX. I have reported this to XXXX. The person that used my card changed my address, phone number and email address. I don't understand how this was done without my permission, I used this card at XXXX XXXX group and they reported that they were hacked and patient 's information was exposed.
