Citibank closed my account and withdrew the remaining balance on XX/XX/2021. They sent me a letter and email stating my account will close in 30-60 days on XX/XX/2021, and any funds in my account after it is closed ( {$26000.00} ) will be sent to me in a form of a check after account closure. It has been over a month ( XX/XX/2021 as of this writing ) since my account was closed and the money was taken from my account but I still have not received any funds, and they are putting the money in one of their accounts to earn interest off it. I want this garbage of a bank to give me my money back and another ( {$15000.00} ) held in another account back to me.
