Consumer Narrative
My name is XXXX XXXX and I am submitting this complaint on my own behalf, and there is no third party involved. I am requesting that the recent denial of extension of my own credit via Chase Bank be approved & remedy be provided, as this is my own credit that Chase Bank is extending back to me- not the other way around. Pursuant to 12 U.S. Code 1431 : " Each Federal Home Loan Bank shall have power, subject to rules and regulations prescribed by the Director, to borrow and give security therefor and to pay interest thereon, to issue debentures, bonds, or other obligations upon such terms and conditions as the Director may approve, and to do all things necessary for carrying out the provisions of this chapter and all things incident thereto. '' So we can clearly see from this that Banks are not even allowed to " extend credit '', yet are making fraudulent claims that they are the creditor and have the power to approve/deny a natural person credit. This is outright fraudulent and is discrimination against me as a Federally Protected Consumer. It is my God-Given right to access as many open ended credit plans as I desire ( 15 U.S. Code 1602 ( g ) ), and it is unlawful discrimination for Chase Bank to refuse to extend my credit back to me ( the original creditor ) for simply exercising my rights- pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1691 ( a ) ( 3 ). I would like to inform you that in case your corporation continues to make fraudulent claims in regards to my reputation, then it will be regarded as a fraudulent action under both federal and state statutes. Due to this reason, if any future refusal or denial to extend me my own credit is made by your corporation, then I will be compelled to take legal steps against you for the below mentioned reasons : * Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( F.C.R.A. ) * Violation of the F.D.C.P.A. * Defamation of character * Use of my copyrighted property Lastly, I would like to further inform you that if any action is taken during or after the investigation period which could be regarded as detrimental to any of my credit reports, then I will seek advice about initiating a potential lawsuit. This includes listing any information on a credit report that could be incorrect or invalidated, or confirming an account as correct when, in fact, there is no provided evidence that it is.
