On XX/XX/2020 we requested a change of address on the back of our payment statement as a result of delays of getting bills from my office at the beginning of COVID. It took Citi Bank 3 months to change the mailing address and as a result of their failure to send statements they begin to charge late fees and interest. We contacted them by phone and sent a certified letter on XX/XX/2020 requesting an itemized statement. They never responded to the Certified Letter ( documentation available ) but continued to pile up Late Fees and Interest upon the previous illegitimate Late Fees and Interest! Since the credit card is tied to XXXX we have paid for all purchases as billed the last payment being in XX/XX/2020. Citi Bank has now slandered us by attacking our credit rating and sending false information to numerous credit bureau 's when the problem is theirs! They continue to perpetuate this scam and do not do what they say they will do nor respond to our written communication.
