Hi my name is XXXX XXXX i am filling a complaint against Bank of America for not allowing me to fully use my checking account for overdrafting i have been with bank of america for XXXX years and majority of my time with them they allowed me to overdraft but ever since XX/XX/XXXX of 2021 they stopped allowing me to overdraft on my account i feel like they are being bias and unfair for not letting me have the freedom of my account to use at all times even if i do overdraft the money is always given back to bank of america with this situation occuring i have no money to pay for my medical prescriptions and other occuring emergencies like utilities me being XXXX and a XXXX bank of america has really failed me im asking for a full investigation so that this matter doesn't happened to any other customer.
