I spoke with IQ Data Solutions to try and resolve an incorrect debt. I have been transferred to a woman name " XXXX or XXXX '' quite a few times who has been nothing but belligerent and overwhelmingly aggressive in all our phone conversations. She mentioned that I am a liar about them yelling at my under aged child. My daughter answered my phone prior and someone yelled at her and thought she was me just because she doesnt have a child like voice. They have done this several times as my daughter sounds a lot older than she is. I have been called out of my name and everything under the sun but a child of XXXX. They have contacted my husbands cell phone at XXXX and XXXX XXXX which is illegal. My husband and I are at a crossroads and trying to get this debt settled and removed from our credit reports, but this company is relentless with the belittling tactics. This company is extremely abusive, aggressive, and unprofessional. We can not continue trying to contact them and deal with them when they treat us less than human. I spoke with the XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX manager, XXXX and she mentioned that there is nothing they can do because the debt was sold. She said I can try and contact Corporate, XXXX who doesn't answer my emails. There has to be another way to resolve this as I can not contact a company where employees call me derogatory names.
