On XX/XX/2021 I purchased a car from XXXX XXXX XXXX which was consumer credit transaction per 15 usc 1602. .I was forced to pay a down payment which is a violations of the truth and lending act 15 usc 1662 ( b ). After learning of the fraud as well as false and misleading statement made by the company I then sent out a notice of rescission to all partys involved in the consumer credit transaction. They company has willful neglect to at follow the laws that were state and my list of demands for a documentary materials proving this was not a consumer credit transaction as well the the XXXX accounting paper work I have requested. I have send several notices informing them if the violations as well as tendered payment to discharge the debt with full accord and satisfaction which the company has accepted. That company has been harassing me by calling and sending incorrect forms stating a owe a alleged debt which is another consumer law violation.
