I placed a couple of orders with XXXX XXXX XXXX via Paypal. I selected the installment payments. Under the pending on my paypal account it states the customer would not be charged until it is shipped. i contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX and contacted the Representative, This was my second attempt to resolve this issue. This is very strange. If you click onto the Transaction ID Number it will give you the confirmation number for the order placed. I was provided with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX confirmation number by the XXXX XXXX Representative, order placed on XX/XX/21 XXXX ( XXXX ) order was placed by me order placed on XX/XX/21 XXXX ( XXXX ) order was place in me It appears I was charged double for the XXXX on XX/XX/21 All orders are showing pending? Please see attached documents
