JP Morgan Chase bank uses XXXX XXXX, which using the scoring system of XXXX with XXXX. My XXXX XXXX credit score dropped 34 points and stated I used for the month of XXXX 83 % of my credit available, which is from my total credit for the month of XXXX. This is false and I have the receipts to prove it. I used 22 % of my credit line and XXXX XXXX using the reporting bureau XXXX using the XXXX scoring model is awful. I called Chase Bank in regards to the problem I have with this entity they are partnered with, and explained my frustrations. Chase Bank representative forwarded my call to a automated service with no luck. Called Chase again. I filed a verbal complaint. that the entity they are using has an oppressed algorithm. I was deferred to talk to XXXX. I called XXXX, XXXX rep informed me that they only use XXXX scoring and it will take 10-15 days to obtain a XXXX reading if I request one. I confirmed with XXXX, they only use XXXX scoring for their customers. So with this attempt to follow up with CHASE bank and contact XXXX XXXX, which has no contact phone number. I resorted to reporting both JP MORGAN CHASE BANK and XXXX XXXX. Reason for this complaint is that a CORPORATE BANK ( CHASE ) uses an oppressive scoring system with a fraudulent algorithm to suppress responsible patrons, who have CHASE BANK accounts from obtaining good credit scoring. I think it's irresponsible and controlling for a large corporate banking system to use a credit card entity, which oppresses responsible individuals from obtaining a good credit score that is earned with financially responsible means. Both CHASE bank and XXXX XXXX are responsible for this unsettling credit reporting flaw with a bias algorithm. I filed a verbal complaint with XXXX and CHASE Bank. If I use 22 % of your credit available and have 34 points subtracted from your credit score based on a false claim that 83 % of my credit has my used under the false pretense to OPPRESS a patron. That is morally wrong. I am reporting CREDIT JOURNEY AND CHASE BANK. This is absurd and inaccurate. I know my rights and if CHASE BANK doesn't address this oppressive credit score algorithm, I will take this to Federal Court and sue CHASE and XXXX XXXX for defamation of character and falsifying my credit report. People in the middle class do not get out of the middle class because of oppressive acts like this but I am not the middle class individual to accept such actions from a entity run by a rigged algorithm...
