Bought vehicle from used car lot was lemon meaning not a good vehicle should have not been selling it from the beginning because it was on XXXX from previous accident learn this after purchasing vehicle went back to speak with owner owner went to agree with me on reimbursement then went back on his word I brought it to my banking institute 's attention and they have an ongoing dispute leaving my account in a negative balance and life in a bind which I don't think is fair but life itself isn't fair but right is right wrong is wrong Bank of America prepaid card services disputes I used my California EDD Bank of America prepaid card to make purchase of vehicle now it's in disputes hands at Bank of America and they are taking their time leaving my account in a negative balance so any and all funds from my unemployment goes towards negative balance
