Consumer Narrative
My Southwest Airline/Chase Credit card has been Declined over 45 times in a 2-3 Month period, even with plenty of credit on card. Have made contact with credit card via phone, app and contacted corporate office with same negative results. Im unable to use the card as per the promo awards. Their fraud/security DEPT. Has being able to fix the card. They want me to call Chase ever time I use the card indefinitely. I feel Discriminated against treating different then other customers who have same card. Thank You
