Under the PSLF I should be able to receive loan forgiveness after 120 payments while working full-time in a public service field. I pulled all of my records in XX/XX/XXXX and believed at that time I had made 125 payments on my XXXX student loans. ( Actually, I made far more than that given that I began working in Public Service in XXXX, but the years from XXXX don't work. ) I never received any good explanation of the discrepancy between my account and the PHEAA count on these loans. Then, I lost my job as an XXXX for a XXXX XXXX XXXX due to Covid budget cuts in XX/XX/XXXX. Since that time I have only found 20hr/wk work in XXXX, so none of the " forgiven '' loan payments from this time period count. I would like a direct response to each month of payments ( I have bank statements proving every one ), and why they didn't all get counted.
