On XX/XX/2020 a finance inquiry was posted to my credit report initiated by Synchrony bank/lowes.This report was published without my consent. I am aware that Pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act section 15 USC 1681b ( c ) ( 3 ) the creditor shall not furnish to any person a record of inquiries unless initiated by consumer. Also pursuant to section 15 USC 1681 b ( a ) ( 2 ) a reporting agency ( Synchrony bank/lowes ) can only furnish a consumer report in accordance with written instructions by ( myself ) the consumer. Neither written instruction nor consents were initiated at ANY time. Therefore, pursuant to the above, I as the consumer have been violated and my privacy has been breached.
