I did a check online on XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and saw where Bank of America had recently reported my Home Equity Line of Credit as charged off. This is an account that I have been paying on monthly, never missed a payment and only to run a report on my credit and found that XXXX dropped my score by over 100 points and XXXX cancelled one of my credit cards because of this false report. I made an inquiry with Bank of America and they sent me a reply today, XX/XX/21 that the report that have posted is correct. However, I have been paying my bill monthly and have never been late. Please investigate this matter for me so that I can have this derogatory remark removed and my credit score corrected. Bank of America reference number is XXXX XXXX.
