My ex-girlfriend added me as authorized user on her Bank of America credit card, when we broke up I returned the card to her and asked her to remove me as authorized user. Now I am trying to apply for a loan but I can't get the loan because she never removed me as authorized user and the account is in charge-off collection status. I have no clue about her or I don't know where to contact her to request again the removal. I called today Bank of America and I explained them I DON'T WANT TO BE AUTHORIZED USER OF THIS ACCOUN, however they said I can't request that and the primary user of the account should request it but how if I can't get a hold of her.
