A few months ago I noticed an email that was directed to my Spam account titled Your statement is now available online from CitiBank. Because I do I have a Citibank Card and it was automatically routed to my spam inbox I did not worry about. I then noticed at {$35.00} charge on my checking account concerning this card. When I called the company I explained to them that I did not have the card. I was asked to spell my name and it was then noted that my name on the account is spelled incorrectly. Citi Bank kept asking me for the card # since I do not have this information I can not provide it. They did close the account however they are showing a balance due.
