On XX/XX/2021 I send an affidavit to JPMCB Card about a hard inquiry that was put onto my consumer report. After doing some research I see that this is JP Morgan Chase Bank. According to 15 USC 1681n ( B ) this is a violation to my rights. I sent an affidavit through certified mail with tracking number : XXXX. I have attached the notarized affidavit that was sent with the invoice and exhibit A. Please see attached for further information
