On XX/XX/2021 my vehicle was broken into. The thieves got a hold of my expired credit card that shouldnt have been able to work. The thieves then went to my local XXXX Gas Station was were able to make a transaction of {$77.00} with an expired credit card. After they crossed the street to a XXXX XXXX store where they tried making a purchase of {$56.00}. The second transaction was finally Red Flagged by Chase Banking and not allowed. However the first transaction went through. I called Chase Banking to inform the transaction was fraud/unauthorized. Weeks later Chase came to the conclusion the transaction was Valid because I benefited from the purchase. I then requested a revaluation of the disputed in which they are sticking to their decision. Ive never missed a payment on my 3 credit cards with chase always been in good standing and this is how they treat a loyal customer.
