Our paypal credit account was charged {$99.00} by XXXX XXXX for a subscription to XXXX XXXX. XXXX was contacted and they stated that they were unable to reverse the charge but could delete the subscription. They directed us to dispute the charge with our credit card ( Paypal ) and that the charge would be reversed without any contest. When this was done Paypal stated that the charge was valid and offered no other recourse. Upon contacting XXXX again the XXXX XXXX account subscription and account had been deleted, and there was still no way to reverse the charge, especially now that the subscription was no longer present.
