two days ago Bank of America closed my two checking accounts and savings account without cause and are refusing to let me have access to my funds until after XX/XX/2021. I am XXXX yrs old and need the funds for prescriptions, rent and insurance payments among other reasons. I did not do anything illegal or write any bad instruments or overdrawn my accounts. I have called several people at BOfA and told they can not release my money. they also have interrupted the social security check on the XXXX. they are located all over the country and can not let me talk to local management to get me access to my funds. I was sent several checks I did not solicit and was asked by a friend to deposit them deposited them and found out only recently that two were stolen checks and one was overdrawn the writers account.. I did not spend or try to collect any of that money. the bank unilaterally closed my accounts as if I was attempting to defraud them. I just want my legally own money not connected with those checks and the bank is refusing to give it to me or allow me to pay for necessities. I think that is grossly illegal to keep me from my legal money in a timely fashion.
