Check deposited and withheld I have XXXX kid on XXXX so all funds are accounted. Now i have to wait to access funds bc of an overdraft I allowed Netspend to get months again. I use this card as my payroll after speaking with someone for over an hour not one person directed me to where I needed to make the payment so that funds could be used. Selfish company
