1. Santander Consumer USA XXXX. XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX TX XXXX did not reported to the Credit Bureaus that the car I co-signed a loan for was returned after the last payment on XX/XX/2018. Santander also sent a fraudulent letter to my advocates email in which all my private information was included. Today when she called, they refused to speak with her even though she has POA on me and after they already violated the privacy rules under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. All I need is that they remove me from the credit bureaus. Thank you
