I recently file a dispute against Synchrony Bank ( Care Credit ) because it has been reported incorrectly on my credit report. On XX/XX/2021 I can to an agree on a debt settlement amount with XXXX XXXX XXXX the third party collection agency that Synchrony transferred my account to. The settlement amount agreed to was {$5100.00}. The payment was drafted in two separate transactions due to the amount. Synchrony bank then report on my credit report that a payment was made to my account on XX/XX/2021 which was a lie. The debt was settled on XX/XX/2021.
