I previously submitted complaints regarding mortgage fraud, I received a response from your agency regarding XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX You agency referenced these reports as duplicates, however, all reference numbers were connected to loans taken out or transferred by XXXX subsidiaries. I created a spreadsheet based on all fraudulent XXXX 's submitted and it appears the above reference reports many not be duplicates. Please review my spreadsheet just to double check, It appears documents were passed to each XXXX subsidiary and new loans were taken out on their behalf which, explains why there was a a balance on the home were was stated by XXXX XXXX to have been paid off, This document is located in the Georgia Clerk of Superior Court System. We have never refinanced any loans on our personal property.
