The Week of XX/XX/XXXX, I was visiting friends in XXXX, XXXX. I made a transaction at a local XXXX Gas Station. Apparently, there was hacking equipment on this machine. On XX/XX/XXXX, while back in my home town of XXXX, XXXX, I noticed transactions being made on my checking account at Bank of America without my authorization. The charges where made at XXXX in XXXX, XXXX in the amount of {$800.00}, XXXX XXXX # XXXX in the amount of {$400.00} and XXXX XXXX # XXXX in the amount of {$50000.00}. I immediately visited a Bank of America in XXXX, spoke with a bank manager, XXXX XXXX and explained the incidents. I also showed him I had my ATM card in hand. He also viewed my accounts and saw these transactions were posting to my BOA checking account. We proceeded to open a fraud report on these transactions. I also procured a police report from the XXXX Police Department regarding these unauthorized transactions and also uploaded it to my fraud report at the Bank. On XX/XX/ I received a letter from the bank stating that the claim was closed, they assumed the charges were authorized by me or made by me and would not be reimbursing me my money. How could I authorize or make these charges while in XXXX, XXXX? I have since, filed a claim with the Federal Trade Commission # XXXX, contacted my state Attorney General 's office and will be contacting the XXXX, XXXX police department. Who can help me get my {$1700.00} back?
