Consumer Narrative

This customer ( XXXX ) purchased a coaching program from my company. We spent 6 weeks on coaching calls, delivered multiple worksheets, and performed work on their behalf. They purchased with agreement to our terms of service that we do not issue refunds after 30 days. The 30 days had passed and the customer did a chargeback on my XXXX account. XXXX did an ACH overdraft on my bank account making it go negative and my bank. My bank ( ETRADE Financial ) is now charging me multiple service fees and has closed my savings account without my consent. No one has been able to help me and I've already submitted a dispute case providing sufficient evidence of the program being delivered to a satisfactory quality. I am completely unhappy about the way this has been handled and they are telling me it will take until XXXX to get this resolved. I would like this to be reviewed by your staff and I need additional help on this situation.
