Stated In 15 USC 1666d you are to pay the positive amount thats on the credit balance to the consumer ( Me ) the exact amount that your trying to unlawfully collect from me in my JPMCB credit card. Under the FDCPA you are invading my privacy by sharing negative information to the 3 bureaus. Under 15 USC 1692b ( 2 ) you are sharing this " debt '' information to other people thats not the consumer yet again another violation. YET AGAIN your trying to pull my report from the bureaus BECAUSE I want my credit limit higher which it states under 15 USC 1681a ( d ) ( 1 ) a consumer report is given orally and written so IM DEMANDING YOU to put my credit limit higher since im the original creditor so im extending you my credit so you can give me it back to my accepted credit card. I made this report a week ago and you sent XXXX to answer to me, she's done nothing and has not called me and when I try to call her it goes straight to voicemail. I find that to very useless find somebody else to do the right thing these matters will get worse if I dont get my remedy
